Registration rates
The conference registration fees are as follows :

The gala dinner is also opened to exhibitors. If you just want to buy gala dinner tickets and not register for the conference, please do not use the online conference registration system, use the pdf form.
Reduced rates
To be granted the late rate, registration and payment must be received on or before 5 June 2015. After this date, the onsite rate is applicable.
To be granted the academic rate, a proof of full-time academic status must be sent together with the registration form.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by bank transfer.

Registration for the conference entitles participants to:
- attend all the conference sessions
- participate in the discussions
- take part in the poster guided tours
- visit the exhibition
- access the papers on line in advance of the conference
- receive the USB including all the reports presented during the technical sessions upon arrival at the conference
- receive the Special Reports - also available on line prior to the event
- the Conference presentations after the conference
- the delegate bag handed out upon registration
- morning and afternoon refreshments
- a Lyon travel card
- attend the opening forum on Monday 15 June 2015
- participate in the welcome reception on Monday 15 June 2015
Cancellation - replacements - refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by 8 May 2015 at the latest, a refund of 75 % of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. USB's will be provided. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time before the conference provided that the conference secretariat is notified in advance.
Gala tickets, tutorials and technical visits are not refundable. PHD rate is not refundable, even if cancelled on or before 8 May.
